About the Event
Yoga. Henna. Love. is open to all children between the ages of 9 and 13 and the "parents" in their lives. We will spend about 60 minutes doing yoga (individual and partner poses) and other activities that will encourage communication, healthy movement, and lots of laughter. Then, we will spend the next 60 minutes having some light refreshments and circling through the henna station.
