*What does it mean to be a 'Little Bee'*

~ 'Little Bees' are children that are ready to learn yoga and mindfulness in a fun and exhilarating environment.

~ 'Little Bees' learn how to assess their needs and what it means to be mindful!

~*~*What this series covers~*~*

Each week we will have a dedicated theme that builds on what we previously learned. We will focus on breathing techniques, postures, conscious crafts, connections through partner yoga, and provide children with tools that can help them handle their emotions both at home and at school. Along the way we will sing, dance, make shapes with our body, and play mindful games that keep the children engaged and excited to learn all 8 parts of YOGA!

About Lauren Moon:

Lauren is the Founder of Yogiful and the creator of #wigglelikeaworm . Her passion for teaching children pours into all aspects of her life. She is a nanny, children's yoga teacher, acroyoga instructor, and children's life coach. She has dedicated her life to educating children and she wouldn't have it any other way! Lauren specializes in teaching children’s yoga to all nationalities.

Lauren studies and researches alternative forms of education including the Waldorf system, the Montessori Method, Conscious Discipline, and all types of project based learning.

As a southern girl born in Marietta Georgia, Lauren formed a love with nature at a young age. She started questioning consciousness and a higher self at 18 when she started her yogic lifestyle before she knew she was living a yogic lifestyle. She has committed herself to a peaceful and harmonious existence with those around her through teaching others how to use their beautiful bodies as tools to reach their highest truth. Lauren fell in love with her physical body through movement and play in the form of AcroYoga. She hopes to encourage us all to realize our inner strength and compassion for others and ourselves through the art of movement, play, and yoga. Laurens' passion is to teach both adults and children the powerful existence one can have while living in the present moment. As we all know, playfulness and living life through a 'child's eye' is something adults commonly forget. Her goal is to create a new wave of mindful leaders, starting with our youth.
